Based in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, which is known for its beautiful townscape that has continued since the Edo period, Kurashiki Design Planning Office Co., Ltd. is a household goods manufacturer that plans and sells original items while collaborating with artists and craftsmen in town factories all over the country. 

The development under the two brand names of "Kurashiki Design Planning Office" and "Kurashiki Design Branch Office" is a desire to send out products that are close to our actual lives, while being aware of the tradition of handicrafts that still remains.

Kurashiki, a town in Okayama prefecture, is famous for beautiful rows of wooden houses dating from the Edo period. "Classiky" is a brand of traditional hand made items, which often bear marks that give clues to how they were made for everyday use, and the more they are used, the more beautiful they become.
